Rank Test Propositions

I can see why those tests are the way they are, but I propose these tests. (Dev and AS tests are fine)

Moderator: Must be either a Developer or Programmer and must have the trust of the admins and other mods. You reputation. Only a limited few may be a mod.

Programmer: You must show one of your past programming works. Max of three besides admins.

Administrator: You must be a Moderator and either a Developer or Programmer. You must be extremely trustworthy to the admins and must have at least 100 non-warned posts once the forum is two weeks old. Max of three, including Bop.

This doesn't apply to people who are already ranked except for the rank limits.

Then you might want to demote an admin then.
